Just got a Talica 16ii and just spooled it with 80 pound braid. Wanted to use it for my 50-60 pound outfit. Looking at these two 7 footers.

    Shimano Terez TZC70XH Casting Rod
    Calstar GFGR700XH

Any other suggestions on other rods would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Might look at the Phenix PSW700XH. Seven foot 30 - 80. Joey at Squidco can get you a screaming deal.

So I have the psw 808 mh, psw 809 h, psw 700h and Abyss 808. I love the Phenix rods but wanted to try something new. If he can give me good deals I can check him out. How do I get in contact with Joey.

Last year I used a Phenix Hybrid 760x2h with a talica 16 Awesome Combo This year I went with a UC 7'6 Raptor, when I pulled on the blank it blew me away. Very powerful for Big Fish. They have the blanks at Squidco also.

Super seeker 6470h is a bad ass heavy bait rod dropper loop and yoyo rod. My fellow deckhand just wrapped one paired wit a talica 12 2 speed and it's got a ton of power and good feel
