Still learning....

This weekend caught these for bait. The lonely guy on the right is a mackerel I believe. What are the others?

They’re ghost fish.

The one on the left is a baby BSB, the one in the middle is a c0wc0d, on the right is the Eastern Pacific Lonely Mackerel.

Correct on the mackerel, the others look like sardines to me

A profile picture would help a lot for IDing the group. That back color could a few different things. The size and profile has he thinking Spanish Mackerel, but it could be others, ie Jack Mackerel.
The Pacific Mackerel is easy as it is pretty much the only fish in CA waters with that pattern.
