Love all the work you did on the boat. Really like the cup holders. My only complaint about my 2510 Parker is the lack of cup holders.

Been dealing with a remodel of the house so haven't been here in a while posting pics but this weekend I decided to get the boat ready to head back out.

    1. Installed new bait tank
    2. Moved radar dome out of the tuna
    3. Repositioned the radio
    4. Time to fish soon

Boat is coming along nicely! Our boats are almost the same. love it.

I actually removed the parker air horn because i was afraid someone was going to step on it and replaced it with a small one. can send you a picture if you're curious. Just cleans it up on the roof a bit.

Quick question, how come you didn't run the cable from radar though the "t channel' on the roof of the parker?

All good! From what I researched,I believe 2006 and older parkers (at least for 2320), they didn't have then t tunnel to run wires. So it makes install job super clean. i will take some pictures for you tomorrow morning. I used a special fitting so water won't run back down into it as well. But I placed my radar bracket identical to you!

Just to share some of my thoughts and work on my boat:

    1. The deck light on the rod rack would always shine in my eyes (I'm 5'6 and its just dead in my eyes at night and blinds me). So we added 3 tabs on top of my tuna tower. On left tab would be the radio antenna and light. Middle tab would be for gps antenna. Right Tab would be for navigation light, horn, and other deck light.

    2. I know you already put your yeti cooler to replace seat and it looks great! I just had a custom bracket made to double it as a seat up in the tower. Legs get a little tired up there for hours so having a seat and a place to store ice works really well.

    3. I ran all the wires for lights, antennas, gps, horn, etc…all through the tuna tower for a super clean installation. The base of the tuna tower goes right into the "t tunnel" which i notices yours does too! So its just another option to clean up all wires, and clean up the roof of our parker so no one kicks it.

    Just some ideas!

Good luck! Your boat looks amazing!

Pic 1: Just got back from shop
    Pic 2: another angle
Pic 3: new small horn (never used on water in over a year but works)
PIc 4 and 5: running wires through the tower
Pic 6: all complete and installed. No wires shown.

    It's a Yukon 120qt. 48x22x22.

I have a yeti 160 as well which would probably work better but I got the Yukon for a deal and custom brakets made for it.

That was the end result lol, they lived a long happy life of traveling over 100 miles and swimming freely until we hit the inlet and some seagulls got them unfortunately

Roger, mighty impressed with all the work you've done, the boat is a beauty. I've been rebuilding a 96' Grady 21ft. as well. West Coast repowered it just before Christmas with a new Yammy 200i4 XB. They did such a great job and such a pleasure to work with the entire team. Feels like a new brand new vessel. Thing would be sick on your rig. You might consider ....since your probably gonna hang onto that boat a while! With my 82gal tank it changed my whole game up. (Conservative 3.5mpg Loaded going Offshore.) Cheers mate, Chase

Put me on your boat-hoe list. I'll pay my share and can fish, I think

I think you're thinking of the 2320 that's for sale in my driveway not my 2120
