I fished the area from Beech Ave to 1/4 mile or so north of the Buena Vista Lagoon catching one legal Halibut and a Leopard Shark. Both were caught on the Lucky Craft Super Glow MS MKB 110 Minnow. The Halibut was taken at the mouth of the Buena Vista Lagoon; the Leopard Shark just south of the Academy. The Leopard exploded on the LC - jumping out of the water! I didn’t know what I had until I beached it.
