Late report sorry guys!!! Left MB at 5:30 Sunday hit up 178 then wanted to get my cousin on some kelp paddy fish. We left toward the 302 looking for kelp. We found open water dorado scattered all over(fished them but no hook up) each kelp we came to nothing along the way to Mexico. I heard of yellowtail holding on some paddy’s downs south…Made our way to Mexico and found 2 beautiful paddys garage door size with seagulls resting on them. Baited them and meter nothing around them. We stayed longer than we should have I just was in disbelief at how empty they were and thought that any second the meter would go off. All good cut our loses and headed back to where I was glassing a ton of bird action. We make a run toward the ridge and then up to the North 9. Found lots of small foam all over the place. Seemed like a mix of yellowfin and bluefin and a shit ton of boats. I got on 2 fish and lost both. Seemed like my bites were on cast that slammed dunked right on the breezing fish. If it didn’t hit the breezing fish it wasn’t getting bit. They bit the Yozuri 170 in sardine and zakana 60 in yellow and green. I don’t that they are keyed in on any one color or size as I hooked up on big and small. Good luck guys there are fish to be caught
