Fished with Vince on his 15ft Duro boat The Red Drum.

Got on the water at 530p and headed out for a quick bass trip. Conditions were epic, calm swell and hardly any wind at all. Grease into the dark.

Haven't posted too much this summer, so here you go. Been fishing a lot, just not much time to post a fishing report. Work, life, having fun, just enjoying time on the water, etc. Great end to the summer, love the fall in Southern California to come.

All bass caught on plastics, 5/12" to 7" baits. Ripped on the drop, stopped on the retrieve and everything in between. Slow crank was the the ticket overall.

Great mix of calicocks to 5lbs and all the sandovals you wanted to 5lbs. Followers too. No toads, but fish from the bottom to the top of the water column.

    Bass landed: 25-30 fish

Just a couple pictures to fill the bill:

Now Vince and I are off to SD for a 2.5 day trip.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

That's Vinnie's on the water beer. Mine is Coors OG, no Coors Light. Then again, who cares what you drink when you are catching lots of fish and enjoying epic conditions with a good friend. :hali_olutta::hali_olutta::hali_olutta:
