Slid outside through the nine for nada in the morning. Picked up six yellows lost a few more from 8 to noon. Seems to be a mid morning thing no need to be there super early. Water at the islands clean blue and 63. Slid back out and up the nine at noon. Saw one spot of puddlers ..and jumbo bones on micro chovie.

Hi guys. Just wondering how close to the northern island you can get without getting into all the paperwork? Don't want any trouble. lol Going out of SD Bay over the holiday weekend. NO local knowledge... and it shows. rofl

Just check GPS. You can not cross the border without every bit of your paperwork and import visa for your vessel. The only way you are allowed across the border without paperwork is if youre outside of 12 miles from the islands.
