What are some opinions on a good match for a trinidad 20a? Want a multipurpose rod. For 40lb setup. Going with 65lb braid with about 80 yds of 40lb mono topshot.
For yellowtail, wsb, school size tuna, and schooling do-dos. I prefer 8' or so rod.
    Thanks bders!

The problem I'm having is that the reel clamp on the trinidad isn't large enough to fit around most rods. So if you help me with suggestions please make sure to know that the reel will fit , thanks

    I appreciate everybody who responded.
Still a little undecided. I tend to favor calstar and have quite a few of them. But I really think I'd like to go with a UC this time. If anyone has a used one they'd be willing to part with, let me know.
    Thanks guys

I have a CE 900 Monster with a trin 16a and i love that setup. I use it for mainly throwing a tady 45 or a starman 112. It loads up great and can hold its own. It has a really thin diameter on the blank so make sure to use some tape or something to build up the blank otherwise it will twist.
