Go with a used yak from a reputable brand over a new one from an "off brand" from the chain stores.

Ocean kayak, hobie, etc are well built and can withstand years of use and abuse.

As far as specifics go, if you can list what type of fishing and what area you plan to fish we can help with more detail.

As mentioned earlier...Hit up Andy at OEX sunset beach. Good info on bigwatersedge.com too

I may be interested in selling my X factor now that I picked up and rigged a new Stealth 12. The X factor has given me many days of great fishing. Fish finder and removable bait tank included along with seat, battery and many other extras. PM me if interested. If you are a bigger guy the x factor is a great choice. Very dry and stable yak.
