I've been wanting to take my son out and shoot rifles but I don't know of any ranges in the area.

    Thanks,

Out to 800 yds I believe

    Angeles Shooting Ranges

Bring your NRA card for a buck off range fee.

    edit
I go here it's up just North of Castaic , Burbank Rifle and Revolver Club it's private but if anyone wants to go with me sometime, just PM and we'll see if schedules work.

Nope, looks like fun though YouTube - ipsc practical shooting norco ppsa uspsa

We used to set our own up way out in MoJ many years ago, over 20. One of them was you have to take the shotgun in the shack (you were out of ammo) find the shotgun ammo (2 rds) and shoot the target. where you would find more ammo for your gun. (not that there was real ammo there)
