Looking for Harnell/Harrington Help

I traded for a Harnell/Harrington blank. I built it and now I am trying to figure out what blank is. The blank was striped when I got it. I have researched the on line stuff and can't find this blank. Here are the specs 8' 8", Tip is 12, butt is .950 . Someone suggested its a 723 but I cant find those specs. Thanks in advance.

They were painted black. Blanks are reddish without the paint.

Has the rod been cut? One piece? rod weight
Harnell 721,722,771,772 9' butt ,965 tip 10-12

I have a Harrington 540 blank with specs that are pretty equal to what you are describing

This should give you what you need. This is from the 1966 price list. My father partnered with the Harrington's in between the Harnell and Harrington years. My camera is crappy but these should be readable.
