Lockjaw dorado on the 9 mile bank 7\20\08

Just curious if anyone else saw dorado on paddies. And if so whats the usual time frame before they start chewing again. And dont start with the let me check my crystal ball standard reply Pleeeeeeeeeease !!!

They usually take a couple of weeks in our area before they start to chew..BY early august it should be full speed at the nine...Hopefully..

You know I did save them on my gps I though maybe I would stop on them again on the way in but didn't because I found 3 more paddies on the way down to the hidden with those little rat bastard jumping around the paddies tried everthing!!

My tea leaves and tarot cards say that they will chew when they are hungry. I have been on paddies that did not bite for 45mins or an hour or not at all. For Dodo's sometimes a little chunk bait will get em to go. Try everything until you are satisfied they are not going to bite. Mark the paddy resume the hunt and try to find the paddy on the return leg. Of course they will always eat the long iron.

Lubina Yes I had my daughter with me we both enjoyed the show but frustrated I really wanted to get her on her first dorado or yellowtail.

YES I chunked slow trolled dines,marlin jigs,15lb line,blk purple feathers,daisy chins blk purple,megabaits,tadys damn I would have jumped in If I had a spear!!! And rats was just a figure of speech sorry I would say they were 20lbs
