Lingasauras anyone?

Fished out of Santa Barbara with my dad today. Limits of lings, Rockfish and some Cabezon by 12. Great day today with beautiful weather even got my new personal best linger on my bass gear! Doesnt get much better!

(anyone know what kind of fish is pictured in the second picture?)

Cool report. In the second picture it looks to be a Sarcastic Fringehead.

Sarcastic Fringehead. I have been told that they are a rare catch, However last season I got 6. Check out the video on line about them. Very strange fish

I'm bummed I'm not going to be able to go either.. but I guess I can't complain about an 8 day on the RP... and yeah I'm still workin at fishermans hardware hb.

We are all the way up in santa barbara cus the fishing is so darn good and we can't fish anjy of our spots in mexico.
