Let the projects begin

Not sure what I was thinking but pulled the trigger on a new to me boat yesterday. It is a 1995 pursuit Denali 2460 with a Volvo 5.7l gi (appears to be from mid 2000s) and dp drive. Boat has been well used and some of the stuff is dated but has some cool add-ons. Really only needs a kicker to be setup and ready for salmon. At 15k it was too good a price to pass up and fits my families needs pretty good. Initial projects are lots of elbow grease/cleaning, replacing cockpit drains/scupper, replacing the wash down pump, adding a kicker, replacing the tires on the trailer as well as the fenders (atleast 1). In the long run I would like to add a garmin kicker AP and update the electronics but those aren't critical at this point.

Have fun with all of your projects. I used to own a 24 ft Pursuit center console and can state unequivocally that Pursuit builds great fishing boats.

I will be looking for a 9.9 hight thrust kicker if anybody sees one out there. Need an xl, tiller, power trim, electric start. One with all/most controls on the tiller (as opposed to front of motor) like a yami t9.9 would be the preference.
