    I usually bring 3-4 setups depending on trip length

    1/2 day
    (1) 20# 8' graftec 800m progear 255 (surface bait/swim baits)
    (2) 30# 8.5' calstar 220c progear 251 (surface bait/light iron)
    (3) 40# calstar 900H penn fathom 25N (surface irons/dropper loop)

    3/4-overnight all of above +
    (4) 30# calstar 800m progear 251 or progear 545 (utility rig surface irons, surface bait , drooper loop, flat falls,etc)

    Depends on the fishing you do. On a private boat I have:

    5 trolling rods/reel - lever drag TLD's and Fin Nors. Some 80lb rods, some 20-50lb depending on jig used. All rigged with straight 40lb mono.
    1 9' jig stik with Lexa 300
    1 8' heavy rod with big ass spinner for casting to big ass tuna
    5 Medium action Ugly Stiks for live bait. Two with spinners (for people not used to conventional), three with conventional. These are used at Cat, locally, and off paddies mostly.
    2 spear guns. 1 for open water paddy hunting and one for kelps and reef

    I would like one dedicated to sabiki as well. Other than that I feel like I have my bases covered.
