Just did my last PT and now I am doing weights at home. I have been doing small weights at PT the last 3 weeks and they taught me how to increase my weights every week. I booked a 16 day trip for March and I will see how I feel in the upcoming weeks. I just might be able to do a late Jan. 15 day. I will just see how I am doing. If I feel good I will be back fishing in Jan. If not March will be my 1st trip out for me this cow season. Its been a long road and I really missed out of some fishing time. But its all looking uphill for me now. Soon I will be sharing the rail with some really great people I have met over the years.

Great to hear you're feeling recovered. Hope you can get out and introduce yourself to some cows-------but be cautious. That was a serious injury and doesn't fix 100% easily. Good luck.

Had the same injury/surgery last year. Got a little sore on my first trip after the surgery but, I guess it was a 'blessing in disguise" as it forced me to use a better technique. Hope you get back at em soon dude!!

Glad you're healing nicely Dave. If you feel better by Feb, I think there is still room on the private charter we're doing on the Intrepid. We'd love to have you join us!
