    Hey everyone,

I just moved to Oahu and am looking for some advice. I have a 34 ft Parker and am looking for places to store and fish/dive the boat. Can anyone offer up any suggestions? Southwest shore or North Shore? Marinas / ramps, etc? I'll be living in Ewa Beach and from what I understand, there are no ramps in that area.

Anything you have would be much appreciated!

    Thanks

    Christian

yeah - I have heard great things about Parkers for Hawaiian waters... can try Ko olina, or trailer it if you have the space to store it

Welcome Christian, what unit are you with? I'm serving as the 25th CAB SP. 34 Parker is one nice boat, are you trailering it or wanting to leave in a slip? Ko olina would work out for you or the ramps at Waianae are first rate. Living in Waialua I put my sled in at Haliewa Harbor.

one thing no one told you about is this place http://local.yahoo.com/info-21852099-iroquois-lagoon-yacht-club-ewa-beach

you can store your boat there in the water and it's roughly 5 minutes from everywhere in ewa beach. as it sits now pearl harbor control is not as restrictive about getting under way like they once were so check it out. ewa beach no ka oi!!!!
