God bless you and your family.
I’m a living donor. It’s been 24 years since I donated and I’m in good health.
There’s nothing holding me back except myself in activities I love doing, and as I get older ....ehemm, lol ... I remind myself to take better care of my body.
I’m writing this, to inform possible donors, that it’s possible to live a healthy and active life after someone donates.
God speed in finding a donor brother. I’m praying for you.

I'm glad you are getting to keep the Kidney for the time being, when I spoke to you 2 weeks ago that didn't seem likely.

Thoughts and prayers (Jewish ones so they probably don't count) dude.

Jason, what's taking so long to find a compatible kidney donor? Is it because you're Ghey? If that's the case, there should be plenty of donors available on Bloodydecks. :D Feel better soon my friend!!!

I believe that once the transplant team sends out the packet it's up to an individual to fill it out and get it back. Some went out and sat for 6 months before they considered the lead dead and got another person on the list to fill out the packet. I think they only do a couple at a time. Blood type does not matter, there is a trading program.
