Well fuq

It appears that I burnt the flat prior to reaching my temp of 203. It hit 198 during my afternoon vag nap and ran out of pellets. I will let it rest and try my damndest to somehow stomach some of it before throwing out the rest to the squirrels:food-smiley-014:

I've got a whole winter full of other recipes just waiting to get posted.. I just whipped up a scratch batch of roasted red-ish pepper soup that was phenomenal (garden leftovers) and @Corey G and I have been going back and forth about crab-stuffed-halibut.. I've got a new and improved poke thing..
