Some dumbass managed to get his inflatable boat out to trestles yesterday so I'm sure you can get a boat out somehow.

He didn't anchor it deep enough though and a cleanup set handled it from there.

Quick response time. Did you see that lifeguard come in seconds?? I’m sure them dumb asses definitely got a ticket. But still props to the lifeguard or sheriff whom ever that was at end of video.

I actually read a quote from them... they totally owned the f-up, were apologetic, etc. From what I understood, the authorities did not fine them. I think that the only cost was the cost to recover the boat.

They were fined for harbor and boating codes. Not arrested.
