We stocked a good load of sturgeon or two back in the 90"s when I worked there. Only a handful were ever landed and those were released. Those things have so much food given the size of that lake. That and landing one that does not go ape on you is hard on most people and the fight is usually really long in order to land them. They seem to show biting better in the winter months too. Shrimp in one form or another is usually the ticket and the west shore was always a given. I hope to see some pics of that place soon. I hope you guys can put your boats in there in the next few years or so.
