Intrepid is five star for a fishing boat,I remember a few years back taking my wife to day at the docks and doing a walk thru,They had the dining area all decked out with linens and china and fancy folded napkins and my wife just turned around and looked at me and said ''So this is what you have been doing all these years?''LOL,i had to take her on a couple of the motel6 boats to convince here i wasnt staying at the ritz all the time!

Really like the port holes in the bunk rooms, nothing beats natural light for lighting, good light makes smaller areas appear larger and also makes the mind feel better as in "warm and friendly" space rather than a dark and dungeness unfriendly space (same applies in your home, especially when trying to sell it for top dollar! ;)).

    Tight lines and blue skies!

Never noticed the porthole windows in the down below staterooms...nice to get some fresh air in there. Guess everyone needs to make sure they are secure when underway!

Thanks for the video. Nice overview.

Yes, there are porthole windows in the down stair staterooms. There porthole covers you can close if you want to blackout the room, but you CAN NOT open the porthole for fresh air. Each room does have it's own thermostat for controlling the air conditioning.

OK...just open for the show or they appear "open" for light only. Makes sense! Was wondering about that! Thanks for clarifying.

    Hey Jim,
I'm stopping by Luc's to drop off some jigs on Thursday. I have a few wahoo bombs for you. I can leave them there or give them to Johnny J. He leaves on the Vagabond 5 dayer on Saturday as well.

If I don't see you until then, I will see you on the return

Heading out on an 8 day this weekend... I am curious if the space provided below the bunks will fit a milk crate. I can't quite tell on the video.

Regarding the milk crate, it might just fit under the bottom bunk, but if I remember correctly, no guarantee mind you, there might be a little lip or edge at the bottom, and that would probably interfere. Your milk crate would have NO problem finding a home on the upper deck, or under the bottom row of tackle storage for that matter.

2.5 days and counting! If the milf crate doesn't fit under the bunk (it'll be tight) Just put it in front of the sink in the room or closet and put it on deck during the day. There is enough room in most rooms for it at night as long as your roommate knows so he/she doesn't trip on it when dark.
