getting ready to install a offshore 45 gal. bait tank on my 25 skipjack F/B, what kind of hardware do I need to mount tank on the deck and were should I drill drain hole, anyone with this set up would like to see some pics thanks.

That's a great tank, and I had one on my 25' Skip FB some years back.
Put the tank on your deck where you're going to install it, mark with pencil the shape on the deck, move tank, then drill a hole or two under the tank for the hoses where they need to go. Plumb a thru hull for the bait pump to the tank inlet, and a hose to the drain exiting above the water line. Pump sized to fill tank in 5 - 8 minutes. I recommend installing an inline flow alarm, so you know when the pump is not working.
Cut 4 pieces of 2x4 or 2x6 redwood or PTDF about 8 - 12" long, through bolt to deck with edges cut about 1/4" back of pencil line.

Instead of wood, use the 90 degree fiberglass angle pieces. They'll probably give you some if you could get up to the Offshore facility. You can also get them at San Diego Plastics.
You might also consider installing one of the round screw-in deck hatches where you will run the lines through.
Anyways, that's what they suggested at Offshore when I picked up my OS45.

Pretty much like what Jarrod said.
Mine is fastened down with 3/16 aluminum angle. The side attached to the bait tank has three holes for each side of the tank that are threaded for the 1/4 20 tpi ss screws. I put generous amounts of anti-sieze on there to avoid corrosion. There are nylon washers (available at Ace Hardware) to protect the gelcoat on the tank.
The angle is thru-bolt fastened to the deck, with three holes on each side. I put an access hatch on the deck for the hoses, so I could put the cover on for times I remove the bait tank for long weekends on the boat. In the pictures below, I actually have a table mount in place for overnighting. Make sure the access hatch is big enough to fit your arm under the deck to put the ss washers and nuts in place. You'll want to be sure to 5200 all holes in the deck and exposed wood, the area will get wet.
My outflow goes out on the starboard side, just above the waterline. I have a 1 1/2 inch stopcock inside for safety and when the tank is removed.
On a side note, I use a diaphram (ie-washdown pump) for the bait tank, and it has worked perfectly for the past 10 years.

Very helpful. Thanks for the info. I just purchased the same tank from Rich (Fishbones) and will be installing it next week in my Proline. I have one question...The thru hull drain needs to be above the waterline, but low enough for gravity to work. Is this correct? Thanks

This might be a stupid question. Were you able to put those rod holders on your bait tank with no problem? I understand there is an outside "shell" correct?, and then the bait tank itself. Are there any tricks to attaching them? sealing them or using shorter screws? We have the same bait tank. Oh and did you get those individual rod holders at west marine?
