So initially I booked the trip after this one but had to change the dates. After putting in a request to the judge that oversees this adult I take every year with me it’s a go. See Chris and some of you have fished with him this being his 4th trip I have taken him on has autism. He loves to go fishing and catching bait is just as much enjoyment as hooking into a 90 pound bluefin or a 35 pound yellowtail. He’s already packed and counting the days. I met Chris a few years ago and took a liking to him. And yes we have something we both love. And that’s long range fishing. He may be different than most of the anglers onboard but in the past most of the angler’s if not all love helping him out. When he hooks into a big fish the crew or myself and sometimes a fellow angler pulls the line onto the reel to help him out. So Chris has a nickname and we call him little brother. He really loves the nickname and if you fish long range you know there’s a lot of us getting nicknames like me being soda pop. Years ago a deckhand ask if he could call me soda pop and I said that’s got a ring to it. So once again little brother will be my guest on this 8 day fishing adventure.
