    Just cooked up some of that fresh swordfish and bay scallops with pasta.
    FUCKING EXCELLENT. Our relatives from Florida said the best fish they have ever had....ok i know they are relatives...but they eat ALOT of fish and were very impressed with the swordfish...THANKS TOMMY!

    I just finished the last of the Snook I bought. Holy shit that stuff is good. Wifey already sayin I have to go see him again!!!

    Just finished the last of the Opah last night. Delicious as always.
    Swordfish, shrimp and bay scallops were the bomb. Can't wait for
    Tommy's specials this week.

    I can take a picture for you in the morning, of what the Opah a Shrimp looks like the day after LOL Yes I had another one of the goodies for dinner tonight that came from Tommy!!!!

    I think Snook taste better than any similar white meat fish in Cali, with White Sea Bass a close second.
