Water temp: 72 all damn day.
Location: 8-10 miles out of no mans land.

Found 8 paddies total. Followed 1 tuna foamer for about 15 minutes that was with a whale, threw it all at them but they weren't interested. Most paddies held bait, 3 held fish. One was the magic paddy with tuna boiling and yellows underneath. Someone drove right by oblivious to us stopped on it and killed that bite. Saw more dorado than YT. The dorado made for an epic day! First one for me... ever. Stoked!

Here is a little edit and some photos. The first fish was taken on a sardine, got hit instantly when casted by the paddy. My fish was taken on a surface iron, the thing blew the fuck up on it!

Glad you got some fishing love. Short 18 to 90-second videos rock and can take time to shoot/edit! Your vid told a micro story; drive n hunt, hook, dodo flight, gaff, hold fish in air, the end. Short and sweat, thank you.

People need a lot of footage to make a 1-2 min video with quick cuts interesting. Most people just don't get enough interesting footage from different angles to warrant more than a 2 minutes video.

I speak for myself and probably some others, I can't sit through the 10 to 45+ minute uncut raw videos that get posted to BD sometimes, yawn.

    EPIC!! Nice Video!

Now you've done it. You gentleman thought the boat launches were crowded before, just wait. Nothing brings more anglers that a pretty fish, "DORADO". Phase 4 of El Nino 2015 looks to be commencing.

Now I will have to get up 3 hours earlier than the usual 3:30 AM.

I agree, but people already know about the good bite that's been happening all year. This certainly wasn't the first dorado report of the year. The launch ramps are already/have been full and the season is in full swing... my report may increase the crowd by a few boats but it's the majority of fish reporting sites (fish dope being one of them) that brings in the massive crowds. Now go and get them!!
