Then you never fished all the Albacore years
with many of us...Every boat filled nightly. LOL
Yep, Some people didn't even have a bunk. Back then the only limited load boats was the Long Range Boats, They packed the boats!!!!!! As soon as hook up yelled it was 4-5 deep in the stern, Everybody casting over people to get a bait in the water, A pure Cluster Fuck.

Yep and we often filled the RSW holds by
noon. Took a long nap after lunch and a
slow ride back to the barn. LOL

Well then, I'm down to the Freedom or the El Dorado. ElDo has a freebee voucher for 2022, but I know Freedom is a good boat. Choices, choices.

Sure appreciate all the inputs. Thank you!

I'd go with the Freedom. Capt'n Tino or Jeff or whoever are fishy guys.

if you go with getting "Something for Nothing" those kinda trips attract "Those Kinda People"... do ya truly wanna fish next to "That Guy"?

Tino checking in for Freedom out of 22nd Street Sportfishing. They ended their action-packed 1.5-Day trip with 51 bluefin tuna up to 170lbs! A handful of the fish were in the 60-90lbs range and most of them were in the 20-40lbs range.

Nope, Eldorado has a ton of regulars and they make the loooong trek to San Nicolas. Parking is much better in Berth 55 too. Also, has a seafood restaurant to grab some food before the trip.

The BOGO is an added bonus. Going out this Sunday.

Oh an FYI- they will start taking 40 passengers on the Freedom.

    good luck on Sunday,
just remember if they go to Nic ,
set up A 30 Lb with smaller hooks for the White Fish ,
first thing in the Morning , with 10 or 12 OZ Weight,
and another one with 40 LB with A Two hook set up with
A 16 or 20 OZ Weight for deeper later on,
plus make sure you tell the Deck hands ahead of time ,
if you just want only the Fish you Catch because they will put some White Fish in your bag if you don't, for extra cut $$$

Was just talking with a buddy that we went out on the ElDo a few days back. They killed it at SNI. Boat was run well and they hit some sizable sheepshead an lings as well, after limiting on rocks. With the voucher in 2022, I' be on the 12/16 boat!

Everybody else stay home please, thanks
