I know fishing on motorized boat is not allowed outside the pch bridge in huntington harbor, but is fishing on kayak allowed?

Fishing after the bridge and anywhere prior to the end of the jetty wall is prohibited and a non motorized (kayak) is NOT allowed past the bridge.

You cannot fish and must make continuous movement seaward or into the harbor. Security zone.

I am not sure how much is going to change once the renovations are completed. They have moved a lot of dirt in there.
