Great boat, great crew. Lots of room on the sides, good rod holders. Smooth ride.

The steel bird is great for 1.5 days.

    Good skipper and crew.

Well...I just went out the Condor (6/30) and was not impressed with the crew at all. Maybe they had a bad day. I will keep this as short as possible. There seem to be some kind of beef between multiple crew members. On multiple occasions we had to ask them to put bait out for us. They never seemed to throw much chum in the water to get the schools to respond. Right before dark we finally got some BFT to bite so everyone was fishing. The cook complained to the captain that we were fishing and not buying dinner.

The morning that we got off the boat one crew member told another crew member to F-Off on deck and everyone heard it. While working to my car they were screaming and yelling at each other dropping F bombs. Mind you I was 150-200 yards away from the boat. Very unprofessional to say the least. I will not ride the boat again.

WOW...doesn't sound like the Condor crew at all. Strange. I've fished the boat for
many years, and always found the crew some of the best. Matt,Scott, and Luke now, and
for years Rob,Billy, and Tad, others always friendly and helpful Cook Christopf is one
the best in the fleet. "Maybe they had a bad day" must have been some subs
or ????. NOT the norm for Condor. Just saying from long experience. FYI

UPDATE=Upon talking to the Owner/Capt, he said no crew member off Condor was
screaming or cussing in the parking lot. Maybe some other boat's crew? Just sayin. FYI
Like I said, this has never happened on Condor in MANY years of fishing the bird. TC

Ok Ron, I never seen that behavior on Condor.
You go get your limits. I am on a 2.5 day leaving the 27th. Marcus

I was on the Condor last Friday and had an excellent time - I did have to learn new crew faces - crew member Scott was the only guy I recognized other than Scott the owner/captain. Oops...I forgot Matt...

Time to Wind, now that I can reach up and over the bait scuppers. LOL
I'll try a 1.5 first. LOL Good luck on your 2.5 day and tell the gang HI for me.

I have fished it dozens of times even fished the recent won offshore tourney, regular deck hands matt & scott were there, had different chef who was not the regular frenchie or bill. I always try to get a double bunk for my gear bag if possible. one thing I forgot is the steel tube rod rack doesnt take fat butt rods but they do have pvc extensions on board to overcome that. I brought 3 brand new custom wrapped fancy reel seat rods that were metal to metal banging in the rod holder until I mcgyver some duct tape to keep my new gear from getting rashed up. other than that its a great boat & crew

I went with them maybe a month ago with Jimmy driving and Brett, Scott, and Luke on deck. I was super impressed with how fishy they were, Scott is a wizard, and Luke and I were acquaintances from long ago. I really got along great with all of them and have been really looking forward to going back, if that crew is there again I'd do it in a heartbeat.

The first F-you was when I was on the boat so it absolutely was them. The second one, though I did not see them from afar, was the same voice. They were back on the boat and I was in the parking lot. Like I said maybe they had a bad day. I was on the boat with friends of mine and they said this was not the experience they had in the past. They also said the captain and crew were different except a couple guys.

That's the one I pick. It's a big, broad heavy boat with a legendary captain.
