I’ve got a keg that’s been sitting in the sun for a couple of days. If I ice it down is the beer still good?

Depends on where it is. Santee "heat" and Pt Loma "heat" are far ends of the spectrum.

Maybe...depends on what kind of beer and how hot.

Real question is: Why was it left in this condition in the first place?

    That's very irresponsible.

    Was the keg previously tapped?
If so it's trash, if not it may be worth trying.

Depends on what's in the keg--a domestic beer with a code date not so good. On the other hand most import kegs have been through a lot worse by the time they get to you.

Spend $20 on ice and invite obama over for a beer summit!

Drink it. That stuff you have in the keg was beer flavored water anyway.

All you had to do was post "Beer left in keg..need help drinking it!" and we wouldn't have this problem. Anyway..... F-it put it on ice and try it!! What do you got to lose.....beer!! Damn what a shame!

If its already been tapped then it will be flat and taste like brown water. You can still get a buzz from it so if you are the kind who drinks alcohol from the plastic bottle or maybe wine in a box then you got nothing to lose!!
