Let's go guys, let's keep bumping this thing up a few notches.

The fish are scattered in good numbers all up & down the coast, and their biting good right now.

If you're going out fishing Wahoo on Saturday, then give this some thought..... it's a first and it's gonna be fun!!

You guys that are already in, when you get a chance could you please let me know where your launch location will be. I need to start figuring out how to collect fees on or before Saturday.

Remember, it's $30 per angler two person minimum, and 5 person maximum. All those on the boat must be paid as anglers.

    Thanks!

This sounds like a lot of fun and a great idea. Unfortunately a suspect lifter or valve spring on the stbd engine keeps my boat from entry.

If my Penn 50w, 30w, Calstar 760's, 3 marauders and I had a boat to get on we would be there. Hell I will even help the Team Captain prepare his championship acceptance speech. :D

Have you figured out a way for boats up north (MdR) to participate? Maybe you could allow check-in by cell phone with a picture of the gps (proving an inshore location) and something in it?

Just got home from Hoo fishing and need to bail here for work real soon!

Ok, we still need to lock down a few more boats to make this a go. I still have some lined up that are probably going to make it, just don't know for sure yet.

I should be at work till a minimum of probably 10:30pm, and then back early on Friday. I will do my best to update whats up.

It would really be helpful for all you guys that are already saying you will be in to PM me a cell number to get ahold of you so we can figure out the payment thing.

I wasn't expecting this work, although it's a good thing, but now it's now making it a little tougher for me to get ahold of you guys.

So please if at all possible, PM me with your cell number so that I can later get ahold of you all.

Last bit here....... There were lots of Wahoo caught yesterday, and I believe even a possible new state record. I know of one very big one landed yesterday, and it may be the one my buddy heard about this morning that was suppose to go over 90 lbs.

My trip today sucked! A bit choppy in the am, but settled down nice in no time. I heard of Zero wahoo taken today while I was out on the water, and this was a first for me, as all previous trips I have heard numerous wahoo reports. The guys were singing the blues at 11:30 when I had to pick it up and head in. The water looked great, with sick color and great temps ranging from 75 - 76.8 at times.

Gotta get ready for work........ lets keep this thing rolling........ a few more boats and we should be golden!

    Hey Rick ~

Let me think about this while at work..... maybe I can come up with an idea or something. It might be tough to pull that off right now though, but we'll see.

Thing is, I want to hand out the winnings to the team right after all fish have been weighed in, so I need to figure this out.

Thanks Mike. In the meantime I have figured out that I have a commitment for Saturday that I can't get out of. My wife has invited people to watch the ND game on the boat, and the game starts at 4:30, so I would need to have the boat back at the dock and cleaned up by 3:30. Maybe next major El Nino. Have a great tourney!
