Hook size on sibiki

If you use a sabiki rod, you need to make sure the hook will go in through the tip hole.

    I have a 6'10" sabiki rod, and I still have to cut and retie the packaged rigs! PITA! They are too long to allow me to reel up to the end.
    Just clip the last one and straight tie to sinker. The clips on sabikis are trash anyways and will rust out and eventually break off and lose your sinker.

    After 10 trips or so the hooks have disintegrated as well.

    Also bend the barb down on the hooks. It makes it much easier when you are unhooking.....




    ....your finger after the bait falls into the tank. 8-)
