need help to identify the name of this hook
a good friend gave me like 10 of these some months ago and they were great to bait fishing for small sharks and cabrillas, but I cant find it searching the web.

its 1" gap and 1.5" tall, I want the same style but bigger size

Is the hook brown or black ? hard to tell in the picks. If brown, looks like an Eagle Claw L118MAGG in about a 6/0 size. If Black it may be a Eagle Claw L317MGG in the same 6/0 or bigger size.

sorry for the bad quality of the pic, the hook is shiny black, and I have a full catalog of eagle claw terminal tackle and is not there.

I have 3 waltmarts in a range of 200 miles and none of them have them that's why I though it could be more specialized hook like an assisted jap hook

Is it a round wire hook or forged with flat sides?
    Offset or straight?
    Bronze finish or black nickle?

I see a VMC 7262 that looks like it or a Mustad Hoodlum 108227BLN
Lots of substitutes if you can't find the exact one

could be one of many brands, hard to tell for sure. Based on that you like that style the Eagle Claw 118Magg is a great hook, cheap, good for tuna under 75# or so. Good for albacore trips. could be Mustad 94150, you would be best to go with the eagle claws they are heavier. Ive straightened plenty of hooks much better quality than any mentioned here.

round wire looks like a 3x strong if not 4x
    straight
    black nickel

thanks for the recommendations to all BD's, I'll look for them for sure
