    I bought a fishing gear collection which includes many homemade irons. I got them from the grandson. Grandad is 94 and liviing in Montana. The irons ranged in a variety of sizes from largest surface iron I have seen to small. He tied some to pieces of cardboard. I can picture him going in to various tackle stores showing them off and trying to sell them. I'll have to see if they swim.

    Are they aluminum may have better luck leaving them unpainted !!

    Don't know about a mold, although one looks like it belongs on key chain

    Interesting......I recently ran into a batch of irons that look very similar to those. The aluminum ones look like Ensenada specials.
