I got word of something the other day. The sort of thing that kind of restores your faith in human nature. Someone from Hawaii, (And for all I know it was even someone on this board!), ordered a harness outfit from us at Braid. The order was filled and shipped out and payment had been made by credit card. Sounds easy so far, right? After a period of time we get notice from the customer that the harness he paid for had not arrived and that he was a little concerned. Now the first thing that goes through your mind as a business is that maybe we're getting scammed for a freebie. But as they say "A deal is a deal". The customer's shipping address was double checked and another harness was shipped out to him ASAP. Sometime shortly after the second harness was shipped, the original one arrived. The customer could have just kept it and no one would have been the wiser, but that didn't happen, and I don't think it ever even entered his mind! When he looked at the harness, tried it on, and worked with it a little, he called the office and told us that the firsat one had arrived. Not only that, but he liked it so much that he immediately insisted on paying for BOTH harnesses!!! If any of you island brahs knows who this might have been, or if it was one of you who particpates on this site, a real big "MAHALO!" to you from us at Braid Products!
