Just got home from a couple of days fishing with Dave Jones Fisherman's Fleet and as always had another great trip. It's hit or miss on some good sized dorado. Of course I missed the first day but 5 - 10-15# dodo's aren't really a strike out. I hit the second day and we took 3 good sized ones.
I did have a swing and a missed on a wahoo that didn't stick and didn't see any one else do any better while I was there but there are some really nice pargo if you bring the gear and put in the work. Thanks one again to Dave and his crew for another great trip and for providing a new personal best Dorado for my son.

You got it just right Senor. We've been teetering on the edge here for 10 days or so, and this full moon just seemed to set 'em off. Everybody got into the big dorado yesterday, whether they went and found the kelp paddies at the SE corner of Cerralvo, or went lookin' for the buoys. Air temps warmer than they've been, water blueing up from the outside in, I'm gonna dust off the Archer bars and get myself into a panga a couple of days this week. If the owner is goin' fishin', then you know that it's time to get out there.
    Thanks for the nice report,
    David

Them are some large dorados. Sounds like you had a great trip with your
son. Reminds me of a trip I had with my dad to La Paz and it was wide open for dorados. Best fishing trip with my old man and still brings a smile to my face.

The third dorado! They were all nearly identical but I'm too old to hold up two of them at once anymore LOL
