    Thought I would post this just to wet everyones appetite. My first Bigeye Ahi and a beast taped out at 169 lbs. Landed on Wednesday trolling Ono Lane in 40 fathoms off Kona. Enjoy

    Nice very jeleous! Was out thursday no action third trip in a row. At least you confirmed there are fish in Kona. What did u get it on and where abouts. Going out again tomorrow hope I hav something to report back with. Again awsome ahi!

    Ahi hit the blue/pink/yellow jet head. Fishing with my boys Jason Holtz and Brian Toohey on the Marlin Magic. Been pretty slow total count so far is 1 Bigeye, 1 Ono, 2 Chuckers the bigger of the 2 Chuckers went over 50 lbs it is the biggest one I have seen in years.

    way to go brah. nice ahi. good boat.. good crew. if you fished with a Holtz, you're with good people. Caught many nice blues with his dad Mike back in the 70's on the old "Lei Aloha" and recently on "Jun Ken Po".
