    Time to go out before the lobster season is over, Vince, Kevin , Jason and I having a great night on the water, lobster slow crawling and pick 12 total for the night, pull the last net at midnight, the moon too full, still have fun and good time with all my friends.

    The sea snail taste very good if you prepare the right way, I boil with hot water and beer then take the meat out to saute with butter and mushroom asparaga and little bit of black peper, OMG they are taste like WOW

    Is that a spider crab you caught? So where is the meat on them? In the legs, or the body? I caught a couple last night and threw them back.

    The spider crab have meat on legs and claws and body, they so sweet just like candy, taste very good, make sure cook all the way through, also take the meat make egg roll and deep fried them in hot oil, oh man you will die for it.

    Nice Job! The lobsters in the pot look great, but I dont know if i have the Vietnamese stomach for the snail and spider crab David. I might have to take your word for it.

    The legs and the body have a lot of really good crab meat, But you need a channel locks to bust them open.
