I was on the water with gear in just before 0600 and got my limit by 0640. First time landing keepers by myself, what an experiance.

A self bailing fishing boat would be nice but the Bayliner 175BR is working for now lol. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up a 23' walk around next year.
    IMG_0194.JPG
The smaller is 23" 8lbs 9 Oz and the bigger one is 29" 10 lbs 2 Oz.

The smaller one had a Herring in its mouth and one in the belly

I remember years ago limiting on coho in 20 minutes, you couldn't help but get bit with a line in the water. It's an awesome feeling to have "WON"!!!

    Good job!!!

Great job....did you bleed them or was that blood just a result of a bit of thrashing around inside the boat? Bleed and put on ice ASAP, don't just throw in a 5 gallon bucket. You'll find the quality and taste much better. For small local trips, just use a Katchkooler, and frozen water/juice bottles will work. Save alot of space on your boat as well...

    Way to go...keep it going...

Depending on how far into 11 you want to go Point Defiance is probably your best bet, especially with a 26' Grady

Yeah, Point Defiance boat launch at the ferry dock and near the Point Defiance boat house. You can get live herring at the boat house.

That blood on the boat was just from pulling them into the boat. I did bleed both of them then into my catch bag with ice pakes.

Will be back at it tomorrow morning bright and early.

Looks like he's got a bleed bucket to me. Fish head down in a bucket of bloody water. Solid.

    Nice days work right there
