Shot straight out from shelter around 630am in heavy fog. Ok bait mostly 4”...37.5 miles sw we find our one and only paddy in 69.7° water. First couple baits yielded rat yt and some decent dodo. Drifted 1/2 mile away and still got them screen was thick from 50-100’. Started getting skippies with occasional yft mixed in. Repositioned a few times and did it again and again until a Parker with a red t top came by. Scoped us out with the binos and I waved them in. We were almost done so what the hell...well one boat became 10+ within 45mins. Even some of the sd fleets came in. I think it actually helped because the thick chum from all the boats kept the fish in line...the one time fishing for boats actually helped...fun day, beat and tired. Go get em!
