Congrats on the motor but the colorful adjectives are a bit much.

Not sure about the shootout yet. I'm super busy latley and never know when I'll get a chance to go out. Me and a buddy landed a job on Pendelton:Zombie_Ro so I'm working all I can.

Awesome upgrade. In your first picture, is that an external fuel filter followed by two fuel/water separators?

    Yes it is .

At one point I had some small debris in my tank from before I owned it. I have also gotten bad fuel in the past from stations near the ocean that when the seperator was removed and poured into a glass bottle out of 5" of gas it had about 2" of water. So these days I just go extra cautious.

I haven't captured any debits in the inline filter for a while now but I'll keep replacing them every few tanks just to be sure. Also I completely drained my fuel tank before the install.

a new motor for your boat will only cost you half of what mine did.

Go get yourself one and let's go fishing.

You will be very pleased. Your new reduced fuel costs will help you recoup some of that monthly cost. So the more you use it the more money you save!

Not bad, still breaking it in. I think I've got around 7-8 hours out of 10 hour break in period. I was told to keep the motor trimmed in, to keep a heavier load on it until the break in is complete. So with it trimmed in all the way ,live well full ,gear, another passanger,
I hit like 32knts and still had more to go. I covered a bit over 40 miles and barley seen the fuel gauge move. Which is a huge plus. I haven't re fueled yet so I'm not sure about how many gallons I burned.
