    Fuck cancer.

    Bad day today. Real bad.

Please share a story. Everyone knows someone who is going through it, has died from it, or who is rocking-out as a survivor of it.

    Again, fuck cancer.

Fuck cancer indeed! Mom has CLL leukemia, aunt had breast cancer, uncle had bladder cancer, cousin had leukemia twice, brother in law had lymohoma, boss had lymphoma twice, cousin in law had bone cancer, friend had lung, and my dads friend (like a 2nd dad to me)had lung. ALL ARE SURVIVORS!!!!! Sometimes it gets really scary, but a positive attitude will make a world of difference!!!!

Grandma beat it twice before giving up the 3rd time. My uncle died from it. My boss beat it twice. Close friend lost a kidney to it... Sister in law is in remission... for now.

Wishing you and yours the best Tues. Hope it works out.

Mom had surgery almost a year ago, but it came back, so today was her dose day of chemo, did I mention today is the year anniversary my uncle was found dead at work in his car with it running, & I was the last person to see him alive.

But this is life and it's about how we get through tough times and how we grow. I think of the all the great things life has given us, like tugging on a big fish, or watching the sunset from a rocking boat, or just hanging out with a person you love or .................

Don't forget to tell the people in your lives how much you love them because you just never know. Prayers for your family and for you. be strong, they need you.

Speaking of prostate cancer...I'm 37 going on 47. When should all us being checked? I've heard 45.

Seriously. Jokes aside, if a finger in my ass keeps me around to watch my kids have kids...finger me.

It just drives me nuts we can treat cancer everyday with meds (keep people alive to eat pills), and have a machine that sends video from Mars, but we cannot cure cancer. I guess there is no profit in a cure (yes, tinfoil hat is on tonight).

I'm stage lV Medullary Thyroid cancer survivor. Almost 1 year post surgery. I'm presently non detectable for my blood markers. My ordeal came right on the heels of a stroke and 5 cardiac procedures to correct A-Fib irregular heartbeats. Having said all that...........I feel great and am looking forward to kill some more fish this year. Thanks for starting this thread Tues. I need to constantly remind myself how lucky I am.

Dad was told he needed tonsils taken out. He waited a loong time and found he was misdiagnosed. Ended up being very late stage throat cancer. Seeing what he went through was devastating, but he's still here, cancer free now for almost 2 years. Just lost my grandpa jan. 2nd to lung cancer. He was to old to fight it. Cancer fuckin sucks

Dad has a brain tumor and one in his stomach. Too weak to do radiation as he has Alzheimer's. They've given him 6 months.

So fuck those happy endings too.

Lost my grandpa (who was the greatest man I've ever known) to cancer of his pancreas, liver, kidneys & intestines.

The man was full of cancer yet never shed a tear or had a bad day, all the way up to his last one.
