I got a 400#, but I had to release her once I sobered up. Think of her every time I smell Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce.

Wont fit Nick as he is a 2X. Mike Nall would take it.

Yep, heard back from Nick. Mike has a jacket, given to him by another angler who won the trolling jackpot. We’ll find just the right person. Waiting to hear back from Nick.

All crew has one of those jackets, not the 200lb club version, but the same jacket none the less. Yes, Paul was generous one year and gave me a 2x version as I’m not getting any skinnier.

Happy to get jacket renamed for any family, friend of the crew or deserving customer. You can help um earn the right to wear it.

I miss watching Jorge slap box Andy silly. And him passing out ice cream sandwiches on hot days. Dude was the Hoo whisperer.

The stainless vent hood still have Jorge's forehead trail on it?

Jorge is true missed, but I learned early on Do Not play porker with him. There were several all night sessions. A true friend and great fisherman and chef.

High Low split. Jorge went low 80 to 90 percent of the time.

I was with Jorge on his last trip. We had to go into Ensenada and drop him off. My firemen/paramedic friend, Rich, was on the trip and noticed "a change" in Jorge and Andy decided to divert the Rooster to get him to his family (daughter is a Dr. in Mexico). It was a sad day for all. Just loved that man!!

I used to bring him a special bottle of Tempranillo(That he would get as we were stacking fish at the end of the trip) Ten days of "Senor Dale what kind this year"? I Traded some great bottles for Wahoo lessons and great memories!
    Miss him!

Only way I'm giving up mine is if it's replaced by a 300. I will wear this thing out.

Jorge was an institution, but with Mike's cooking - I'm a VERY happy camper.

i still can hear Andy calling Jorge "Swegro"

Bud that is awesome that you remembered that. makes me remember how Jorge used that to create a tripod. I also recall Jorge making cinnamon rolls in the middle of the night while making bait. Or putting the peanuts out on the deck for me to clean up all the shells! RIP Jorge.
