We purchased these plans several years ago and ended up buying a new house instead. This is a VERY popular design. 1937 square feet.

Seven sets of unused plans with material list.

I don't mind if you use them to build a spec house or one for yourself. Just hate to see them go into the dumpster.

    FREE.

Nice looking home, does the 1927 sq. ' include the garage or is that living space? We're looking for a new house. Is there a general website where we can get more basic info, or are the plans the only info?

    Thanks for the offer....

Sorry Eric, someone sent a PM and I committed them to him.

The footage is living space. There are several that have been built around Gig Harbor and although this set is spoken for, it is one you might still want to look into. One of the best floor plans we have ever seen and for those built that have gone on the market, they sold almost immediately (even when the market wasn't hot).

I'll see in the next few days if I can find an online source for that plan.

It's an intellectual property thing. I paid the architect for their work. Each set of drawings has a copyright stamp on it. They own the idea. I can pass this set of drawings on, not profit from them or reproduce them.

Yes, the original purchaser may reproduce as needed for their project, but one purchased set of plans is meant for the construction of only one house. Much like a book. It’d be wrong to photo-copy it, and share it with friends. - At the same time it’s quite common with music, and other electronic intellectual properties.
