I found these blanks while cleaning out my garage today. I believe they are Shikari blue grass blanks. Anyone have any idea what they are worth nowadays. Trying to figure out what I should do with them. Sell or wrap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

can u see graphite thru the blue or is it painted? price? guy on OU with og see thru blue blank custom built rod been trying to sell his 808 for 180 in last few weeks . regretted sellin my 909 cousins remake green paint custom build for 160 last spring used one trip. that should give u a little idea of pricing blanks. id say sell blanks built really wont be worth it. that said id be interested in the 909 and 909b. 100 for 909 125 for 909b. that's what i think is a fair price. there's always the guys who pay more cause of sentimental value. please go make your money.

It looks to be painted with a blue gloss if you see on the BT8025. I have the sanded versions of these with that charcoal grey graphite. I have 2 BT8020 blanks luckily and a BT8025 blank. Killer rods.

tell u the truth dont think much difference between OG and other rod companies that built them for shikari except the one which were snapping prematurely but few. been fun wondering which companies has the mandrels and patterns. been wondering whos got that 95mag pattern. mandrel is cheap and easy to match up. pattern is the key.

Thanks for all the interest in the blanks. They were all sold to the 2nd person that messaged me. That member really knew what he was talking about. Knew the history and had a lot of other shikari rods. I know that he will enjoy it much more than I can. Thank you all.
