Yes, the trip slot has been sold.
It went to the gentleman who responded in less than five minutes after I posted the offer. Much faster than I had expected.

The boat still has one open slot, at the regular price of course. This is a great trip every year. Call Katie and join a great group of anglers.

Yes I have it. It would of covered what policy you have. Mine is $5,000 so it would of covered up to that amount.

I had to back out of a 16 day trip April 2022. Not for my own illness but because of a family member. Trip was $5500+, I sold it for $4,000. Trying to work a claim was cumbersome, dragged on until I was finally presented with a three page form to get filled out by a physician. It was a time that the insurance company did not have time or staff to engage in conversation, only email. Not a good result for me.

But, it’s good to know it’s there. I just renewed for this next year, $510 for $5,000.

My insurance for 10 day out of SD was about 10% of the insured amount.
Same for my upcoming Africa trip about 10%.

I also added the provision if my employer will not be able to give me the time off. I have had this Corporation/Director blow a large vacation of mine off just a week before the trip. I work in a Critical position that must be filled at all times.
