Anyone know where I can buy California Flying Fish??? I am in Dana Point but can drive.
Island Tackle in Carson is the only shop around here that has them. Not cheap $30.each he had around 60 pcs 2 days ago but might be sold out now.
Island was sold out yesterday, but not sure if they were getting more or not. Best to call. They said people were driving up from SD to get them, a bit of a run on these, but they are local, big and fresh.
The " gummies/yummies" are about $4 shipped on the Bay. I cannot see any difference from the hi $ over the counter ones.
he's asking about frozen flying fish not yummies
Yea Wam, I can read also-
I got 30 from 12 to 20 inches but think I'll hold out till the market hits 50 a piece
You may not see the difference, but the fish sure seem to. To the rate of 7 or 8 to 1.
Couldn't sell them legally any how more me I guess
Phil I know the deference, I know how each is used, I know what catches what, you lads are just too quick to assume that anyone but yourselves know anything. How often is a post like "whatcha think of the hotpot 11 lure?" and answers are like
"well I have never heard of 'em but my brother-in-law uses WD 40 on his dog for ticks"
Just passing on a bit of info in the realm of flying fish, chill out young'ns
Call the squid boats
did you check Melton's or Anglers Center
Baitmasters has them rigged-all unrigged are sold out
Meltons has them $30 per 5
Damn $30 each?
Screw BFT Im going flying fish catching this weekend
