    Hello all,
Getting ready to leave on a 15 day next week and just buying a few last minute items. I really like the YoZuri pink FC as I have gotten bit really well with it. I am surprised to see how much it has gone up in price ($34.95 for a 30 yard spool at Charkbait plus shipping). I am looking for less expensive options in either where to buy it or those who have had success with another brand.

Please don't lecture me on pay for quality and don't scrimp. Thanks in advance.

Yo-Zuri raised their prices December 15th, that's why retail prices went up. You could try Diamond Presentation pink fluoro as a good alternative.

YoZuri Pink is already the cheapest Fluro or close to it? That looks like an old price. Charkbait is currently listing Pink YoZuri 30 yard spools (As of 1/17/14) at 100# @ $39.70 & 130# @ $47.54 You should have bought when it was cheap. Compared to Blackwater @ 25 yards 130# for $67.50 for example.

I agree, spend the money on the fluero, you have already spent thousands on gear and the fishing trip, it would be ashamed to use something you are not comfortable with and lose a big fish over a few bucks. Not all Fluero is the same so if you found one you like, stick with it. Good luck on your trip!

I've had very good results with the High Seas Camo Fouro, check it out. I think it's made in Portugal,
Charkbait carries it as well. Just another option.
