    Ceviche' or steamed. :beerbang: Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

    Grilled is ok, baked perhaps, but not fried! Frying kills the actual taste of the fish. I know, a bunch of folks will disagree.

    When you steam it, introduce your flavouring, if required, in your boil. Very similar to steaming crabs or shrimp. It's to die for...

    A happy ending while fishing is finding a paddy loaded with fish on the way home and catching the 2 biggest fish of the day after 5 hours with Carl gloating about the rat yellowtail he landed earlier in the day... :rofl:
