So what do you fish. Where do the bass go?

For example I have been caching smaller bass and less at El Cap recently when it has been windy out.

In my experience the fish usually go deep when the wind picks up unless its real warm outside. Try fishing the points and if there is a wall the wind blows towards work that. I fish castaic mostly and wind is just part of the game

There right in a sense. The fish do push deep sometimes, points and drop offs are always benificial to start at but a lot of times you can find them cruising the shoreline on high wind days. One tip I can give you, and yes it's not easy. Always, always fish into the wind.
